The hotel is very unique - especially decor. Ocean view very nice. Breakfast well done. Plenty of choices, full breakfast , fresh fruit, yogurts, breads of all kinds for breakfast- breakfast included. Popcorn and cookies at night. Room exceptionally clean. Staff very pleasant. Easy drive to St Augustine or Uber. AAA rated. Very nice.

Eh.. Not worth the price.
If youre actually going to spend time at the hotel they have great amenities However if youre not going to spend time there other than to sleep the $100 a night additional fee that isn't even remotely refundable isn't worth it. The staff was pleasent, the room was clean, huge fridge and freezer. For the price linens could be softer. They're great about communicating everything but fees.

Dont let this place FOOL you
I was told a handicap room is more expensive (than the room i reserved) this was on the 2nd floor and i said i can do a few stairs just not alot. Before even getting there found out this place is across the street from the beach not on it. Then found out there is no railing on the stairs. (Isnt that a law?) Got into the room this place puts all the Extras in. Games, cookies, robes, sunscreen. You name it they probably had it. But need to put the money into a few other things. The rooms are just given a fresh coat a paint and some upgrades. Our bed creaked all night and had me and my husband in pain from laying on it. Way to hard. The second night i litterally contemplate staying up all night so i didnt have to get in the bed. The ice machine on the second floor doesnt work and the water dispeser on the second floor also doesnt work. I dunno about the 1st floor becuse i gave up on this place. You will get SO MANY EMAILS and texts about chekcing in and how is your visit to calll or text a number. I tried many times to call but no answet just rings and rings. The day before check out i got 3 notifications that your check out is tomorrow and if you would like a late check out, would cost you more. The POSSIBLY ILLEGAL notification was when i check out staying that they would refund my parking fee if i left a positive review(so i really wonder how many reveiws were just on there for a refund). STAY AWAY. And best part had all these pic to add and the review will not let me. Funny

A Great Getaway!
The property is clean, friendly, and a convenient location being across the street from the Atlantic Ocean with easy walking access. Hotel staff were friendly and informative with any questions I had. This is definitely the hotel I’ll be staying at on each trip back to St. Augustine!

Room has a mold smell. Shower was in a garden tub that is very hard to get in and out of. Television was terrible . Very dark screen hard to watch. Romance package wine was 169 dollars for a 12 dollar bottle of wine and rose pettles . Expected a much better wine choice. Beach is across the street not on property which is very misleading in the ad.

Very cute place. This was very unexpected. Very clean hotel and didn’t think twice about looking for bed bugs here. The people are extremely sweet and caring Love that they treated my service dog as one of the family and was caring towards her as well. I will be back again

Cute boutique hotel near the beach. Loved the eclectic and modern decor. They’ve done a great job of bringing an older Florida motel up to par. The staff was really friendly and the rooms were clean.
