We had to hang a small blanket (which we brought) over the drapes to block out the bright lights in the parking lot. Room had 2 beds so we had 4 people and the bathroom was nice but tiny.

Great one night stay
It is clear this hotel was either recently built or renovated. It was modern and updated. No carpet in the rooms (YAY). Pillows were great and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is not near the old town of Saint Augustine, it took us 1 hour to go over the bridge, it looks nice and clean, but my granddaughters took off their shoes their feet were black i don't think they ever clean the floors. The door to the next room is very thin we could hear a man coughing like he was in our room.

Outstanding customer service but awful sewage smell coming from sink in the room 105. A reviewer posted about this smell in this same room a month ago and it appears nothing has been done about it. There is also mildew or mold in the bathroom. Room 105 needs immediate attention.

PrePayment Glitch at Check-In
The check in process was difficult. The clerk did everything OK, but there was some sort of confusion where they couldn't see that I had actually pre-paid. They were quoting some rate that was less than I paid. It took about 12 minutes to sort it all out.
