Our stay was great overall. The morning of the 24th we woke to no water for showers. After calling front desk they stated that they failed to advise of water outage prior to our check in. Other than than that it was a good stay.

This place looks like it was a cheaper hotel they slapped paint on. I’ve stayed in a lot of hiltons and this doesn’t deserve the Hilton name. We could hear the people next to us most of the night and in the hall. I wouldn’t stay here or a spark ever again. Positive the room was clean even if the remodel was apparent.

Not only did the room looked clean it smelled clean. Hotel is in great condition! The gentleman at the front desk ( Campbell) was very welcoming and accommodating. Did not have breakfast but the opportunity to fix a cup of tea or coffee is available even after breakfast is served. AND check out is at NOON!!

Check-in was a little rough. The room was excellent! Clean, plenty of plugs with usb & C. Small fridge, iron with ironing board and hair dryer. The bed was very comfy!

I loved this hotel, the room was nice, and the beds were really comfortable, although the sheets were a little stinky, I'd want to assumed they change them everyday so I'm not sure if it was the mattress or the sheets, but they smell musty, other than that everything was great.

Terrible experience, end up not being able to stay in the hotel at all due to reconstruction, painting, fumes, hazardous tools everywhere and not even a way to walk through the front door but the side. The room was dirty, bed sheet wrinkle and not made up, oil splatters on the curtains,vent clogged with filth. Wires sticking out and customer service was trash. Would never recommend. Fighting for a refund now.

Hotel unsanitary and un safe
The hotel was very dirty and they were under construction so the hallway were full of dust alot of plastic and other things on the hall rug i got sick from all the dust and smell of paint i asked to have my room changed they said no i have a video and pictures of the hotel conditions unsanitary also they were working on rooms open and hammering till late at night

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They are renovating (nothing mentioned about that) and 1st floor is filthy, dirty carpet, drywall mud on carpet. Elevator barely opens. Front desk was rarely staffed (seriously), waited 7 minutes for someone to help us one afternoon. Locked out of our room and went downstairs to get new keys and they worked only to find out door was locked from the inside. Back downstairs to have someone to come up and open our door with special tool. Had one day left on reservation, they won’t let you cancel. We stayed somewhere else last night. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. I’ve only addressed half the issues at this hotel. We don’t complain but this was a horrible experience.
