Cozy definitely fits; great location, 2 miles from beach and less than a mile to stop 1 on the Old Town Trolley route, coffee shops, restaurants all within walking distance. This is our place when visiting St. Augustine.

This was a great place to stay. It’s not super fancy with a bunch of fluff. It’s what I would call classic motel style but was very clean and quaint. The staff were super nice and friendly. It was is in a great location, close to a lot of what you are probably looking for but was still not in a noisy area. It was perfect for our trip.
