Clean room. CLEAN SHOWER & BATHROOM. This is my second stay at this property. It is very reasonable $, about 1 mile from downtown St. Augustine, and has some really good restaurants nearby. The property staff are friendly. This place is the perfect low cost place to stay. Perfect when I travel for business.

Cozy indeed. Everything you could want, even in a small space. Table and two chairs, refig, microwave, luggage rack, and yeah and a great bed with nice crispy linens! Housekeeping does a wonderful job - every inch of the shower was clean. Parked just outside of the room. And the staff was welcoming and had great suggestions for dinners. Easy location to get around.
