Quaint and perfect for my date night. It's like a South Beach Miami hotel on the Island. Food and drink all around it. We stayed in the smaller room and chose the larger one. Easy parking, bikes to use... fresh ground expresso, cappuccino , coffee machine in lobby. Fresh tacos across the road. I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

Fine service no hot water
My husband and I stayed in this hotel over the weekend. The room was clean overall and had all the neccessary amenities,but there were some problems I would like to poin out . Firstly,we couldn't get in using the e-key as the key system wouldn't be able to read our smartphones,though we got some help from the receptionist. Secondly,the water in the shower was cool to say the least.

Bed was comfortable, relatively quiet. The furnishings were adequate but not extravagant. Bathrooms clean and updated actually very nice. Check in was a pain. All done through the virdee app. Most of which failed for me. Housekeeping got me a key card thank god. I would have been sleeping in the car otherwise.

The stink smells are all over the room. The room is clean but there is something stinky in the AC. Pet fee is 60-70$ but it doesn't show on the booking information

Super cute place that was clean and safe. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was how thin the walls are & beds are a little too firm. Whoever was above us woke us up at 3:30am one night and 5am the next and you could hear the shower running next door clear as day but it was VERY clean and in a good location.

Support small business over chains! I wasn't sure about the digital check-in and no on-sight staff but was pleasantly surprised. The text communication with a live person was responsive and courteous! The room was clean and updated. Stand-up shower a bit tight but love the pumps toiletries! Please add a lotion dispenser!?

This is a very nice hotel, with a retro vibe. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is good, close to the historic downtown area as well as close to beaches. Only issues were with the app not loading and not able to use the keycard on my phone, but housekeeping gave me a physical keycare. Also, not much hot water except for maybe one day. Rest was lukewarm.
