My husband and I stayed here before and it was immaculate. We enjoyed our breakfast and the staff was really nice. But, this time our stay was uncomfortable. We were celebrating our anniversary and got a balcony room, however the balcony area had mold/ algae, dead bugs and debris. In The restroom the tub was all rusted and worn. The sink was stopped up; took the sink stopper out and the water still was going down slow.

We really like the room, it was really clean. The negative points: the bedroom's furniture had no drawers for the clothes, and the bathroom's fixtures need to be replaced they were all rusty. In regards to service; one of the reasons we chose this hotel is the room service, but the restaurant didn't honor the service times (we tried to order 10min before the time) Also when trying to order, they wouldn't answer the phone. We tried 3 or 4 times in 10 to 12 min intervals. We had to call the front office so we could place the order

Hotel is over rated for the price. The outside needs some care; the structure is dirty can use some pressure washing and paint; the roof is also needing some cleaning. We didnt have our room serviced until we complained. There is a aign that reminds guest's about noice in the lobby past 10pm, yet it was 11:30pm and there waa still noise. The pool area is not taken care of as well. People had moved chairs around in the pool area Saturday and that's how we found it on Sunday afternoon when we went down to the pool area. We went with a group and one of the guests in our room came in late Friday night and when they went to take a shower, there was hair in the showwr from a previous guest. For being an upscale resort, it is not well taken care of as far as cleanness.

The Air conditioning was not cooling the room enough on the 8th floor and my towel rack in the bathtub kept falling off. Outside of that, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The restaurant was great and the buffet for breakfast was amazing.
