Rooms are clean and well looked after, hot powerful shower, staff are extremely friendly. Fantastic breakfast, fresh cooked omelettes and pancakes and a large selection of cheese, meat and fruits / yoghurts etc. mansoud ( probs spelt wrong) was an exceptional member of staff- I think he was the head chef, he always looked after us and made us feel welcome.

Hello, The hotel was decent, but definitely not a 9/10 as suggested by the recent Google and Hotels.com ratings. If you want to swim in the sea, it’s quite difficult. You can walk hundreds of meters without the water going above knee level, and then suddenly it becomes very deep with waves. On top of that, it was extremely windy—we couldn’t even sit on the balcony facing the beach, despite the amazing view, which was actually the best part of our holiday. The food quality and variety were around 6/10 or 7/10 at best. The salad greens were not cleaned properly and often had dust and dirt on them. The alcoholic drink selection was very poor, and they were serving drinks in old blue acrylic cups at the pool and beach bars, which didn’t feel hygienic. There was only one beer brand available (an Egyptian brand, which was actually a decent lager), and they didn’t seem to have bartenders, so the cocktail menu was very limited and the quality was poor. The cleanliness of the beach, room, pool, and common areas was fine. There were some shops and markets on the property, but the sellers felt dishonest and overpriced. The security staff at the main gate asked for room numbers every time we entered or left the hotel, whether by car or on foot. Supposedly this was for record-keeping, but it felt uncomfortable and insecure to have hotel staff know exactly when we were or weren’t in the room. That should remain private. Overall, I would rate the hotel around 6/10 or 7/10 at most.

From the moment we walked in, Mahmoud at the reception was phenomenal, professional, and made checking in a breeze. We even told him we were hungry, so he held off our room until we went to the restaurant to grab a bite. The food, the staff, bar men, even housekeeping were all great. They pay attention to the excellent service they provide. The pool is great, and the private beach with bungalows is a one minute walk from the pool. I saw many families bring their kids here, and the animation team was very friendly and attentive with them. The cleanliness of the whole place is what really stood out in what this establishment is trying to achieve. All in all, check out this place. From now on, I will be staying at JAZ for when I visit sharm el sheikh again. Thanks again to everyone!

I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed to allow her to come to the room but made it clear that she couldn't eat or drink anything. I wouldn't stay here again as there are plenty of other options in the areal.

The Staff was like family always checking what you need. chef checking about food managers checking your stay . we love the private soeedbiat to Tiran island fir 2 hours bought from sharkay at reception and the Sunrise Jeep safari our favourite very dirty dusty but would do it again . Thanks to Meneam in Housekeeping who was apways there like a butler. The chefs food was anazing { not a big hitel enough for what we need) the waiters its a buffet but they serve. We wanted to eat in Fares for seafood but the hotel has orawns ir crabs ir fish .. grils ..,

Avoid at any cost ❌ Do yourself a favor and stay away Arrived at almost 4 PM yet I had to wait for my room in the lobby ! The reception staff are unprofessional , undertrained, Impolite and manipulators when I asked for 1 hour late check out considering I had to wait for my room after 4 PM the morning shift would ask you to come and ask the evening shift whom they gonna ask you to ask the night shift whom they gonna ask you to wake up early and come to the desk to ask the morning shift again ! All of which is a disgusting practice they are all well trained on. even though they know I was not satisfied about the fact that I got my room late. Room is way outdated , dirty , toilet stinks , the furniture is old rusty and outdated nothing like what is shown online. there was variety of insects in the room ( ants , bed bugs) Stained disgusting looking bed sheets and pillow cases! Food is unhygienic , taste awful and very poor options fortunate enough I went to a proper restaurant in Nama bay for dinner and i didn’t eat anything out of this buffet I met couple of other guests in the lobby who got food poisoning as they were trying to buy medicine from the next door pharmacy. No body seemed to care at check out the receptionist took the key without looking at my face ,he never asked how was my stay as they do elsewhere , neither anyone from guest relation tried to call and ask how my stay was Rawan&(Mohamed night shift) (front desk) are completely unprofessional

Here’s a polished review you can use: The hotel was fantastic! Everything was spotless and extremely well maintained. The staff were amazing, friendly, and always ready to help. In fact, they often approached guests to ask if anything was needed before you even had to ask. The pools were very clean and enjoyable, which made the stay even more relaxing. The only downside was the buffet food. The variety was somewhat limited, and the taste was not the best compared to other hotels I’ve visited. However, this was a minor issue compared to all the positives. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future.
