Employees were smoking in front of the front door so had to walk thru cigarettes smoke whenever went out door. Smoking area should preferably be some place else.

This was the cleanest place we have stayed at for a long time. You could tell the staff took pride in their work. Great location for shopping and food. Only 5 min drive to wheeling Island.

This is a great place to stay! The room was clean and quiet. Loved the little wet bar area! My only complaint - and I am not even mad about it really - is the carpet and couch do need updated as they were a little worn. Location is on top of the hill overlooking the whole mall area. Bed was comfortable. Great breakfast! Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Its a nice place that is up on the hill overlooking everything around it. Very quiet and relaxing. The hotel was very clean and the check-in and out was super quick. The room was very clean and accommodating. Overall a very great experience.
