I’m always wary of cheaper hotels with exterior rooms, however, this stay exceeded all expectations!! The room was clean and comfortable with all promised amenities, I felt safe and secure while in the room and while walking outside, and the location is incredibly convenient for restaurants and stores! Also, Shannon who works nights at the front desk is INCREDIBLE! She was very sweet and helpful and it’s apparent that she enjoys what she does. I would definitely stay at this location again!!

Well I reserved a non smoking room it said on the door 100 percent non smoking. Open the door and it smelled like a smoke shop. I went and let the front desk know and they took note of it.
