Pool was not available. Arrived early and understandably the room was not ready, told to come back in one hour and it would be ready. Came back over two hours later at 330pm (check in is at 3) and the room was still not ready. After only a 10 min wait they moved us to a different room that was ready. It was surface clean, a place to lay our heads for the night. The breakfast in the morning was carb heavy, no fruit, lots of bread, bagels, waffles, cereal, granola bars, Rice Krispie treats even. The waffles were good. Overall it was a place to sleep for the night at a value price, you get what you pay for but wish the pool was open! Staff was nice and kind, offered to cancel reservation but we decided to just stay and rest our heads for one night.

Terrible. We chose this hotel as it had a pool. We paid more for this reason. We get there and there is a piece of paper on the front desk saying "pool closed". Apparently it's been closed for a year. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied. Front desk told us they have no way of knowing which room is empty We were then given keys to a 2nd where the door didn't lock. Not very safe considering they don't know if a room is occupied. The only thing they could do was cancel our reservation. We agreed and went to the Travelodge down the street. It's been a week and they've not refunded me yet. Having to argue my case with Expedia customer service now. Do not stay here

This is a very rundown and outdated hotel. Staff was very hard to get ahold of and rarely at the front desk. Entire hotel was extremely dirty. Rooms didn’t appear to be cleaned well, if at all. Toilet was not cleaned from previous stay and didn’t work. Pool has been unavailable for months. Room had a terrible smell of dirty shoes/feet. Would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Convenient location just off the interstate. Staff was not accomodating when trying to adjust my reservation well before the deadline. Pool has been closed and no notice of this when booking or on website. Staff was rarely if ever at the counter and acted very put off when they did come to the counter to assist customers. Letting out a big sigh, eye rolling, walking away after waiting on the first customer of 2-3, or even sitting in the front room and watching TV and making no attempt to get up and assist them. Coffee and eggs were cold in the morning. Waffle mix dispenser did not work and no attempt to provide an alternative over our four day stay. No fruit. Writing all over the wall in room. There was a big event this weekend, so we could not rebook elsewhere.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Terrible customer service. Property was dirty, not kept up well and the most unfriendly and rude staff I have ever seen. PLEASE stay some place else. Would NEVER recommend here. Multiple families I was with had the same experience.

Surprise it's fantastic

Don't let the exterior fool you, the interior is renovated and modern. The best linens of our whole trip! Towels were fantastic. Comfy beds too!

Stay away!

We do not recommend this hotel at all. Sink drained right through to the floor. Mini fridge wasn’t cold. Outlet by the bed didn’t work. We had to move a heavy dresser to get the 3 cords to hook up the TV in the room ourselves. And really crabby front desk worker.

It started off with me approaching the front desk and it having a sign "pool Closed", I asked how long and got a response of we are waiting for the city. I book 2 rooms and requested that they be close to each other, I got rooms 111 and 216. I later went to my room and was getting ready for bed and the refridge sound like a alarm going off my wife to ask someone to come take a look at it and the front desk called the police to have us removed for complaining too much, we talked to the officer who convinced them to let us stay but we were on edge all weekend, we will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Pool was closed. Staff rude when I asked if it was possible to check in a little early. Reached out to Expedia about getting a refund due to pool not being open and we chose this hotel because we wanted to swim. The hotel didn't answer the phone when Expedia tried to call regarding a refund. We decided eat the monwy we had already spen on the toom here and stay elsewhere.
