Everytime that we left the hotel we either got locked out because of the key card not working and they lock the door after hours there was no one available to let us in at the desk or could not get back into the room because the key card would not work

My husband and I moved to Michigan and he had to take a trip back to Minnesota to get everything in our storage unit. They would not let my husband stay there because he still had his Minnesota drivers license and they don't let locals stay there. He explained how he lives in Michigan and the moving truck was outside. He told the guy the whole story. The guy said sorry thats policy. This was a horrible experience and we will never stay in that chain again. I called the Hampton and explained and they said send him over.

Staff was above and beyond and totally helpful. Room was really clean The only complaint I have is the internet was awful for all 5 days I was there. Never worked right on three different devices I had. Also the water pressure was bad.

I booked and even called the hotel directly regarding a room with a hot tub. When I got there, I did not get the hot tub. This was a special trip and I was very disappointed.!!! the desk clerk just said to me well you dealt with hotels.com. That’s not our problem.
