The pool wasn’t working for the first few days but the Maintenance man deserves kudos for talking with customers and going above and beyond to get it fixed faster!
However, the day time front desk is not informative about the hotel or the area! When asking about the pool, they didn’t know why it was closed BUT had a sign saying the pool was open. I suggested updating that sign and she was like yea that would be a good idea but yet never updated it. The staff didn’t have any recommendations of things to do or places for coffee or food. Being that this hotel is used by a lot of military families it would be more helpful if the staff could suggest things in the area when asked.
