We were a family of 4, too nice beds, not made the best (while the room was clean and tidy, the beds were a little bit messy). Great service, small pool for the day to relax after a day on the road. Nice pizza nearby for dinner.

The hot tub did not work, which was very disappointing since that’s why we rented the hotel that we did. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. Staff was very nice. Very good location.

We specifically searched for a hotel with a hot tub/breakfast. When we arrived there was a sign saying the hot tub was broken. That was super disappointing and the pool was freezing cold. Not even able to swim because it was so cold. The breakfast was horrible. The orange juice was empty, the chocolate milk was rotten. There were no spoons for the cereal. The girl running the kitchen area was rude and not paying attention to the customers and what was needed. Overall yes it was a place to sleep while visiting St Cloud. But we had booked a place expecting those amenities and didn’t get either.
