The first room we were given the deadbolt wouldn’t lock and the room smelled musty. we were moved to an alternate room where the lock worked, but the room smelled like weed. Glad we were only there for a quick rest. Staff was pleasant.

Dead Bolt would not connect with the catch, the carpet was in shreds and it was stained, the ice machine was broken, the window was cracked and it had a metal strip holding it in and there were spider webs hanging from the ceiling, also, the plumbing sounded like it was going to come through the wall as I took a shower. Disgusting and filthy piece of property.

Needs updating and a thorough deep cleaning. Bath faucet old and rusted, no stoper in sink. Did not even try the shower because of its appearance. No extra blanket in room, no regular coffee in room, ice machine broken, couldn't wait to leave.
