Good stay
Nice stay in an older facility in the downtown area of St. George. It appears that they are in the middle of an upgrade/remodel, but even though the room next door was under construction, we had zero noise or inconvenience issues. The room was clean and comfortable, the area was close to many dining options within walking distance.

Best Western Coral Hills
Great little place to stay for a quick trip. We especially loved that it's pet friendly and our dog was able to come too. It's conveniently located within walking distance of dining and shopping. Our son loved swimming at both the indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a variety of choices and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room was very clean, and the property and pool area were very well-kept. This place is in a convenient spot in the middle of town where there are lots of restaurants and little shops. I will definitely stay here again!

Not What I expected
I was asked to fill out a prearrival form with several fields. After some time spent, I was asked to submit a photo of my driver's licence. I'm in my seventies and not techy. If I didn't attach the picture, I could not continue with the prearrival form. I had to call the motel, and they said not to worry, it would be taken care of when we arrive. So basically, I was blindsided and spent time on the prearrival form, to no avail. This is the first time I have ever been asked to attach a picture via email. I would suggest they give a disclaimer at the beginning, and just say that the form may speed up your checkin, but wasn't required. I went to the outside hot tub, and the jets weren't operational. After that I took a shower and the soap dispenser was broken. To add to the frustration, the shower did not drain properly, so I was standing in a couple of inches of water. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. It had a nice big screen tv. I don't normally spend this much on a room and overall it was disappointing. The room key worked well which was a plus. I don't plan to stay there again however.

Don’t stay here!
Not at all like photos. Sink and tub drains were extremely slow even after maintenance came. Tub faucet was half caulked. Water warping in bathroom. Tiny sink counter. Fridge would not cool. Breakfast was minimal. Tiny breakfast area. Wall patch repair was very poorly done. Ice was down stair and across parking lot.
