We love Best Western properties but this stay left a sour taste. We stayed in an old room, the window screen was broken, my face wash towel (you know the black makeup removing ones) had sticky stuff on it. The ac unit failed to cool the interior of the room. The toilet seat must have been for a child. The breakfast room had 3 attendants, yet the tables were dirty, garbage cans overflowing and food items unstocked. We did sleep good in our beds which is most important, now if they could just keep the doors from slamming so loudly.

Very clean with a very friendly staff. Full breakfast included at a very decent price for the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, with comfortable beds. The pool was 84 degrees and the spa around 100. If I am in the area again I would just atay there. Angelica's Mexican restaurant right next door is quite good. Limited menu, and sort of a way upscaled fast food. Both inside and outside dining, and if you wish, they do serve beer.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was amazing and helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. The pools were clean and I liked having the choice to use the indoor or outdoor pools. I will stay here again.

We had a great experience checking in… Super friendly. The room was very nice with comfortable bedding pillows and linens. The shower grout was a little discolored and the carpet was old. I wish hotels would replace all the carpets with hardwood floors these days! Other than that, we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We used the pool and the spa. I love that the fitness room had a water filter station!! ….and I just wanna say thank you that the TV stations actually function! Nice TV! The price for this hotel per night is definitely worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

If you have a pet, forget it. If you do not have a pet its a pretty nice place to stay. Its location is very convenient for any reason. The front desk staff are so friendly. And the cook and his breakfasts are Super! The trouble I had was with the room I was assigned. There were a few things but what stands out was the mold in the bath tub and on the tile walls . I had to kill mold with some bleach then scrub to remove the dead stuff. Mattresses lumpy. And the porch night life was a little scary. I ordered the room cause it said Id have a balcony. I got a metal stairwell and a railed stairway. And my porch chair was occupied each night for the stairway nightlife.
