First they gave me a room where the desk had been removed. The room I moved to had a half functioning A/C unit. Laundry facilities were bad and the machine that dispenses soap was broken. Coffee machines in breakfast area, one was broken, and the other spilt coffee all over the place. Hotel side doors would one time work and one time won’t (receptionist acknowledged that). Overall totally not worth the price especially that next to it seems to be a new holiday inn at the same price roughly.

The hotel is kind of old , you can see it’s renovated, there is no soap dish you can put your shampoo, conditioner because the tub edge is too small. I think there should have been a bar that you can hold for safety , prevent for falling

Even though we checked in ahead of arrival we were given a room that had not been cleaned. Second attempt key did not work. Breakfast was limited and not refilled well during the stated hours. We felt like an imposition for the staff.

Pretty good stay. Breakfast was timely and they start early in the morning. The only thing to note is- there is no shuttle service to Zion as some of the reviews say but that was not a problem.

On Sept 24 check in the room assigned the air-conditioning didn’t work. I complained and the clerk came to the room and said turn on the continuous fan but during the night the air was not cold and I awoke saturated in sweat. Also, the door to the room was open when I first went to the room and he said the maid leaves it open after she cleans and I know that is not true
