This is a wonderful property. Staff is very helpful, especially Dakota. Very clean. Rooms are laid out wonderful. Nice little town in the Zion park area. Would recommend this to anyone.

Don’t stay here!!!

When we got to the hotel and checked in our room door was open. We found out that the maintenance man was working on the door to fix it but never did. They said they would call maintenance and never did. they also said their m rooms were full and they couldn’t switch us but the next morning (6 am) we were told there was an open room, but then the only room we were offered to switch to was a room they would have to manually let us into. This wasn’t a great option for us as we wanted a functional room. I asked for the GM to call me as we were leaving to do the activities we planned for our vacation and they never did. In our two day stay they never fixed the issue, nor provided a way to help make the situation better! Terrible guest service, they don’t care about the people staying there just to money they can make off of people!

I’m very disappointed with our stay. When we checked in late, our room key didn’t work. After several 3 trips downstairs and even having staff try to open it, we had to change rooms. The second room the key didn’t work too, I had to request the receptionist to open from the second attempt. The TV didnt work, and later I found bugs in the bed. Despite all this, the receptionist never apologized for the inconvenience.
