Overall a good experience and clean and spacious rooms. A little issue with the initial reservation charges but appears to have been rectified. Comfortable beds and well euipped toiletries.

Fantastic stay

Beautiful and clean room with an excellent layout for two friends traveling together. Bathroom was stocked with amenities and check in process was easy and convenient. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Nice motel

The room was great. Bed comfortable n clean room. However the absence of management and customers was a little odd. Check in by key box and strange text messages from management. Then the over done signage in the rooms seem a little harsh.

The room is nice...lots of space for a 2 queen. There is even a small table and chairs. But very few power outlets to recharge devices. They put us in 101 - right on the main road. It seems like they were not full and other room options should have been available. Because there was contactless checkin, there was nobody available to discuss problems.

Disgusting room and hotel. Completely misrepresented. No staff exists at all. The only communication I received was via text prior to 6am. I requested for them not to continue texting at that early hour and they continued to do so. I received 6 texts prior to checking in when they could have emailed me. Horrible staff!

We stayed in a renovated room. The place was spotlessly clean, which is one reason why I go back to this hotel year after year. They stock the kitchen with dish soap, tea towels, etc. They will supply dishes and pans on request, but I had brought coffee mugs, so we were good.

Generally a clean facility. Our room had a leaking toilet. The manager was informed about it and stated she hadn't had time to fix it. Also, the hot water had to run for twenty minutes before it was warm enough to shower. There were signs posted about it.

St George Marathon Runners Beware: New manager would not allow for late checkout after marathon finish. Stayed here in prior years and was allowed a late checkout, but no more. Under new management. Not allowed to return to room for quick shower after the race.
