Breakfast was pretty standard. The hot tub was warm but could have been better a few degrees warmer and cleaner. The pool has a robotic cleaner which keeps it in good shape. The bathroom had the typical "take your kneecaps off" tight design and the inside of the door showed quite a bit of water damage. The beds were comfy but the pillows were much too thick for me and lumped up when I tried to work it thinner. We had the misfortune of getting a room on the top floor with a noisy mechanical something (exhaust fan?) that ran constantly. We just had to consider it as a strong whitenoise generator. Checkin was a bit too brief. No mention that checkout was one hour before the times posted on the room doors.

Only needed one night, and comfort inn made it all super easy and convenient. I was just traveling with one of my kids and he had a blast in the pool and spa after a long day of watching baseball.

Very clean property with easy access of the highway. It's on a busy street so not a very walkable area. Breakfast was fine, nothing specia, eggs, waffles, and yogurt etc. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Natalie at the front desk was such a pleasure to deal with. She understood my need for the stay as the turbo of my car broke down and I had to stay nearby a VW dealership. Driving across the continent from Canada she assisted with some of the other difficulties I had to deal with that came up during the trip. It felt like someone was actually a human being that understood me more than some senseless policy when I obviously had the funds for the stay. Unlike Ramada close by that rejected my stay. Sometimes you have to be humane and get to know someone instead of following a textbook and she did wonderful at that and more. She made the stay, quite honestly. It's a win-win, the hotel got paid and I got the accommodations that I required instead of sleeping in my broken car. So shout out to her, she deserves a raise for being able to discern correctly and still make business for the hotel. Thanks Natalie!

I don’t like giving a less-than-great review, but I want to be honest so others can make an informed choice. We stayed for one night, and unfortunately, the room had a very strong odor of old body odor upon entering. The window was wedged open and difficult to close, which was concerning since we were on the ground floor. The carpet was worn and appeared to date back to the 90s, and while the sheets were clean, the mattresses were stained. The bathroom showed its age as well—the sink was rusted around the drain, water pressure was very low, and the toilet didn’t flush well. The low point was finding a live cockroach on the toilet seat in the morning. On the positive side, the door locked securely, and we felt safe enough for the night. However, overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property in its current condition.

This is a good place to stay and they usually have a pretty good price. I've stayed here 3 times. One of the reasons I come back is because they have a good swimming pool for my daughter. It's clean and inviting. I also appreciate the breakfast that is included. It is clean and overall a good place to stay for a family.
