It’s more or less clean but the property itself is out dated and poorly maintained. For example, the wall paint color is dingy and outdated and who ever painted didn’t care and it was done so poorly it’s all over the door frames. It looks terrible and makes the entire place feel and look cheap.

Way nicer than other hotels at the price point

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. We stayed at the Red Lion in St. George the night before and Comfort Inn is way better for about the same price.

This hotel needs a total redo. Lobby was so uninviting. Only one super slow elevator and the breakfast room was super tiny. Never any where to sit down, So I never used the breakfast. Windows in room would not totally close or lock. Lighting in parking lot was awfull. Super scary. Will not stay here again.

We stayed in a king room with sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn’t set up when we arrived and upon requesting to have the bed made, the front desk told us there was no housekeeping on site and that should grab the sheets ourselves. We checked in at 2 pm. When we pulled up the sofa bed, there were dirty sheets in the mattress. I had never encountered anything like it. There were no extra pillows or blankets for the sofa bed either. It looks like they tried to improve the property, but there are paint splatters everywhere, the cabinets in the room are not well kept and the furniture is extremely old. We stayed during President’s day weekend and paid almost $300/night. Very disappointed. The staff is nice, the location is great, and the breakfast is decent, but I won’t be coming back.

Run Down, Poorly Maintained & Dirty

The room was tolerable but the entire hotel was very run down and the maintenance that they attempted was shoddy. Paint on the carpets, botched patch jobs, terrible paint job, filthy room doors, the hallway and stairwell carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time. I will not be back.

They were busy painting the stairwells but it wasn’t a problem. Safe, easy access, smooth check in, great price, really quiet. On the second floor, you can open the windows. USB charging ports in the room.

I LOVE this hotel. We always stay there when we are in town. The staff are always great. The breakfast is excellent. Rooms are quiet. Beds are the best. Clean. Great location.
