The price was great and cleanliness seemed good. We were grateful for a hot tub but a little disappointed we had to wait till 9 am for it to open. It is obviously an older motel than those in surrounding area. The breakfast was all carbs; cereal, waffles, bread. There was apple juice and orange juice. It would have been nice to have more options like fruits and proteins. The staff were friendly.

Everything was decent the bed was just really uncomfortable almost felt like sleeping on the floor it was so hard other than that the room was great only other thought I had was they had cereal and waffles and a piece of toast for breakfast is all which is great it's free just a very small selection if you stay for more than a few days

It had a really good price and was pretty new in comparison to some hotels. Loved the layout. Staff was great. Check in was easy. I was amazed how quiet the room was considering the hotel location.

Wish I would have spent a little more elsewhere!
Went to our room and both beds had stained yellow sheets. The gentleman at the desk was helpful and got us another room. It was hard to get comfortable because there was not really an actual comforter on top the bed. It’s basically a sheet, then a cheap thin crushed brown cotton blanket, and then the decorative cover on top. I was surprised that the shower actually had hot water. That was probably the best part of the hotel.

One thing I didn't like was that there was no water filling station. The water faucet in the breakfast area was not accessible during the rest of the day or night. When I asked the desk clerk where to fill a water bottle, he suggested using the bathroom faucet in my room, which would not work because the sink is too shallow to fit a water bottle under the faucet. Plus, the water is TERRIBLE! Clearly, the management has not thought through this at all.

Hotel met expectations for property. Employee at check-in was great, i called ahead and asked for slightly early check-in. We had 2 rooms with 2 couples in each. Our last evening we had another couple over to hang in pool and hot tub and evening employee came in and asked “all” non-guests to leave. I thought that wasn’t cool and with all the other options in the area, when we come back to Sand Hollow to ride we’ll stay elsewhere.

This is a run down motel. There was a terrible moldy smell coming from the heater unit in our room. There was dried rood on the wall and bedskirt of one of the beds. walls are paper thin as well. I recommend staying somewhere, anywhere else.

Great place to stay
Outside looks a little old and dated next to other hotels near by, but the inside was very nice. Our room was large and clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. They offer breakfast, but we left early every morning to hike, so I don't know how it was. Huge bonus was the indoor pool and hot tub, especially after a day of hiking in Zion. I would definitely stay here again.
