Well the room was clean, obviously recently refurbished. I reserved a accessible room as my husband was going in for major spine surgery. We reserved nearly two months in advance to get a safe room for him. I even called ahead to make sure he wouldnt have to go far from vehicle to room as he can barely walk... I was told room was by the door BUT in order to get in that door he had to go up stairs without a way to take chair or walker up to door. I helped him and got him there but was VERY , VERY UNSAFE. The room had one very small hand rail next to shower head and that was it. This room has a long way to go to call it accessible. I only give it an O.K. because of the staff.... the man that must have been part of maintenance was always asking to help people. I wish I had got his name because he should get a BIG FAT RAISE. w

Excellent hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room and bathroom were spotless. Braden took great care of us. He checked in to see if we needed anything, came through quickly when we asked for help, and really made the stay outstanding.
