My greeting upon arrival was not welcoming at all. The only people who gave me a smile were the housekeepers. The women running the front desk never looked up when I walked by the desk. Not friendly at all.

This hotel had leaky faucets, our pull-out did not have bedding and there was no extra bedding in the room. Staff is neutral but a warm welcome goes a long way. Pancake machine was broken. Linen and towels had stains. The beds were comfortable.

It was nice, right up until 3 AM when the Harley motorcycle game decided to ride out of the hotel. All 35 of them for the next hour. Needless to say I was up earlier than expected.

This was a perfect hotel between ST. George and Zion National Park. The staff was great and very helpful. We both agreed that the pillows and bed were the best. We definitely will stay here again. Tuachan theater is close as well.
