Free continental breakfast as a joke for the customers. Out of food. However as soon as it shutdown the employees came out to eat with loaded plates! Also…room was lacking hot water. Same for other customers.

We always stay at this hotel and it is usually good. This trip was not good. We had no hot water at all to take a shower or bath. And when we told the front desk all they did was say we will tell the maintenance man. Not good experience at all. Not sure we will stay there again. We come to visit grandkids all the time. Not sure we’ll stay there anymore.

Check in went smooth, beds were comfortable, they had cookies in the lobby for you. It would have been nice if the fridge had been plugged in and cold when we got there, but otherwise everything was good. This area is still developing so there aren't a lot of restaurants around - the restaurant/bar nearby was only open for bar and karaoke - the kitchen wasn't open.

Very neat and clean. Friendly employees. Used the fitness room and was disappointed there were no wipes to clean the equip after usage. And no towels, either. The pool and hot tub area had a stunning view and the fire pits made for a great outdoor experience. Charming lobby. The only negative would be that the carpet was in desperate need of updating the rooms and halls.
