Horrible Customer Service.

I made the reservation for the wrong night,(my fault) and the staff would not help to solve the problem. There was NOTHING they could do to help. We ended up staying next door at a lovely hotel and were treating fabulously. I was charged for a room I didn't stay in, and they didn't even care. I will not go back to a Hyatt just for that reason. Horrible customer service.

Great staff. Great business model. Everything we needed for a great overnight stay on our driving trip from San Diego to Wyoming. Excercise room was well appointed and thoughtfully supplied. Pool was great. You cannot beat the quality of the included breakfast. We have stayed at several of these across the west and they have been consistently good. Great value!
