This motel was a great value for the price on Memorial Day weekend. Great location. The beds were ok but not terribly comfortable. Blankets had stains.

Everything but the shower

It was pretty good how ever the shower is very inconvenient and i did not have any hot water. The bulky square shower head made closing the shower cutain almost impossible.

Our room's door was broken and we couldn't use our key cards to get in. We had to call the maintenance man every time we wanted to get back into our room. They said they'd try to switch us rooms. The hotels.com app said they had rooms available for the next day though I know they were busy. We called the next day to follow up but they seemed to put in little to no effort to get us switched and never followed up with us about it. We weren't offered any kind of discount or compensation for it. The room smelled musty and there was a moth in it. My husband though it smelled like urine but I'm not sure that's what it was. The floor was absolutely disgusting. My daughter walked around the room for just a couple minutes with no shoes on and her feet were black. They did not have extra pillows and the pillows they did have in the room were very flat. My neck hurt the next day. There are no "microwaves available upon request". But there is one next to the front office for use. Definitely not ever returning to this motel.

We got there late afternoon. The lady at friont desk try give assigned room something was not working she called manage he switched to different room in the system then give the keys we went room it was not cleaned after checkout. We went back she switched again . When we went new room smoking smell, no hot water to take shower no toilet paper. We took cold shower. We went at 6am to front desk no one were there. The mattress should be dumped. I never saw like that mattress who is selling the springs were touching body. What I paid I would have get money back.

Rocky Roads are ice cream wrote: I don’t have enough time to express my sincere gratitude to the Motel 6 staff in St. George, Utah. I’d write (type) a poem, but I dislike being rushed. Rocky, the manager, is incredible. Sandra, the day time clerk, lovely. The cleaning and maintenance staff is fantastic. Lovey, or the graveyard desk man, is simply a breath of fresh air. Thank you Motel 6. You never cease hospitality greatness.

The price was right, but the room was completely worn down… The beds were very old… The sink was crazily stained… The shower head leaked.. pretty much a dump… But what do I expect for $40?
