We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I travel to Hurricane often and this is the first time staying at this hotel. We only passed one night but can see how the set up would be very convenient for longer trips. Easy to get to, slightly off the 9 so it’s quiet. The gentleman who checked us in was great. I’d come back here easily.

Shower less in Hurricane

We’ve enjoyed staying at your locations in the past. However, on this stay the shower was in operable. When we went to use it in the morning, the handle came off in our hands. The front desk said we could move to another room to take a shower, but we declined. I can’t believe that went undetected by the cleaning crew.
