Room reeked of chemicals. Broken television in 2 attempts at rooms. No working ice machine. Dirty. Staff promised supervisor response but NO reply in my 3 day stay. They don’t deliver on their namesake “Quality” Inn. Deferred maintenance

The hotel is good for a quick over night stop. It is right off the freeway so it is easy to get to. It is very reasonably priced. There is the standard breakfast. On the down side the Ac/heater has a huge light which cannot be covered or turned off so the room is quite bright. I like a dark room, luckily I brought my eye shades

The only thing this motel shares with other Quality Inns is the lack of elevator. This is more like a Days Inn, with room doors that open to the outside, rather than a central hallway. The shower in my room only trickled, although the toilet and sink worked. This is clearly a lower quality motel than the Quality Inn St George. If the shower worked, this would be a nice budget motel, but to me it's not a Quality Inn, and should cost less.

I generally make my decisions based on the comfortableness of a bed and the quality of the pillows. This had both. Some of the best and most comfortable pillows I have ever had at a motel. My only disappointment was, that I thought they said it had a free hot breakfast. I must have misunderstood, because the only thing hot was to make a waffle.
