Same day check in

During our most recent road trip, we decided to stop in St. George to get a few hours of sleep before hitting the road in the morning. We used Hotels.Com to book our stay and, since it was after midnight, the option to book same day was not available. I booked my stay for 07/04 and when we tried to check in, the front desk told us he couldn’t check us in because our reservation was for the next day. It was 1am and we were exhausted, we asked for an “early” check in even if there was an additional cost and he said that, if it was 4am maybe he could do it. Zero empathy or willingness to help! We had to pay for a night just to get some sleep. Horrible customer service! Wouldn’t recommend. The fact that there was no intention to help and just said: call hotel.com shows the poor customer service they have.

Amazing experience

The stafff was so friendly and accommodating. If we needed anything the responded quickly. The breakfast was amazing and so many options to xhoose from. We will definitely be staying here again.

great price and a good view.

get price and location. glad i picket it. my flight was very late and they kept my room and i updated my new arrival time with no issues. very quiet room for sleeping since its set back further on the road. bed was very cozy. carpet was a tad old but not smelly. i would go back if i ever come back to this area.

My husband got sick on our coast to coast trip, so we stayed over for 3 nights here. It was very comfortable and seemed clean. Breakfast was decent, although there was one morning of no juice. Would stay there again.

This hotel is right in between to plazas. Plenty of walkable food and shopping. Quick and easy online checkin process and they allowed early checkin for $20. Perfect for a road trip stop in between destinations.
