Just what I needed for a good rest.
Room was clean and quiet. Got the rest I needed. The bed was a little too hard for my liking. All in all a good stay.

Room was very dirty. Carpet floor was very dusty. It looked like it had not been vacuumed in a couple of months. Especially in the corners and edges of the floor. Rooms are noisy. I could here the next door neighbors having a conversation like the were in our same room.

Love everything!! However, for your protection, the handrail in the shower came off when I used it. If I were unsteady, I would have fallen. I didn't, but I didn't want to be charged for it so I put it back on. Please fix it.
