Nice facility, but need to improve communications.

Had a great time here, but it would have nice to know in advance or at time of check-in that the indoor pool and the hot tub by the outdoor pool were both closed for repairs. We were also given directions to wrong building where our room was. In addition we tried to call about early check-in and twice got disconnected before finally reaching someone.

I recently spent two wonderful days at Red Mountain Resort with my friends, from June 13 to June 15, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The natural beauty surrounding the resort is absolutely breathtaking, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, with every detail thoughtfully designed for a peaceful stay. We especially appreciated the serene atmosphere, the scenic trails, and the calming energy of the entire property. What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality from the staff — professional, attentive, and always ready to help.
