Breakfast - No vegan breakfast options. Everything has eggs. I asked to substitute tomatoes for eggs and instead they substituted bacon for potatoes. The waffle was undercooked. Expensive. We didn’t go again. The room was clean and comfortable but was missing a lamp, and had an incorrect shower curtain leading to water mess. Cheap fixtures.

Room was large and spacious had lots of wasted space we found they had room to place a couch in the room instead of 3 chairs , they only offered a thin bedspread as thin as the sheet which we got cold at night and we couldn’t figure out the thermostat it wouldn’t turn on , we were going to ask front desk but we had just asked earlier for coffee and since it was evening the staff wouldn’t be available till morning to bring some so we didn’t bother to ask for a blanket , the property had very poor lighting when walking around especially by the pool near our room there was no lights around pool area or hot tub so we were in the dark in hot tub , they did have another pool which was quit away further that was lit but had screaming kids playing in pool so was not enjoyable View was spectacular of the golf coarse and staff at the restaurant were very friendly, when booking it mentioned they were in Hurricane as we were commuting to Zion they are way out of town so making it a very long drive the few days but future we will be more careful and look at location more closely

We were very happy with our stay! Very clean, easy parking, fast elevators, breathtaking views! Only bad is walls seem thin so you can hear people next to you at times, same with ceilings we could hear the people above us walking around sometimes, neither was enough to ruin our stay though, we would 100% stay again!

I wasn’t super impressed with this property. Perhaps a different unit that wasn’t right off the parking lot on ground level, would have made a difference. It was quite noisy when the ATVs were coming and going. For a condo, it is very sparsely stocked. Barely enough towels, kitchen is mediocre. Dishware has missing pieces, refrigerator bins were broken, no dish cloth & only 1 dish towel, & not even any salt & pepper. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great views. Large rooms, kitchen had everything you needed and everything was clean. Staff was very helpful. Convenient if you were going into Sand Hollow Park for off roading as you can ride to the park from the hotel. We will be staying here again and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We'll Come Back to Sand Hollow Resort

It was a great stay overall. The room was great. The bed comfort and bedding could be better. Parking for trailers was a little inconvenient. The gold course was in fantastic shape. Everything was accessible and worked well for our disabled son. My family was very happy with the resort and enjoyed our weekend.

It is a resort that contains privately owned condos. Our condo was filled with many problems that I would not recommend stayingat Sand Hollow as it is a roll of the dice as to in which condo you will be placed. Reasons: 1. The welcome sign states to NOT lower the thermostat below 72; if you do, a signal will be sent to the owner and they will automatically bill your card $100 ! The reason given is that it will freeze up the system. It's early October in Southern Utah. The temperature was 89. Couldn't open the slider because the screen didn't fit properly; flies cam thru. 2. Only 2 electrical outlets, on opposite sides of the room with no tables neartby. You needed an extension chord to charge your phone or laptop while sitting on the bed. 3. 2 Queen size beds. 1 was fairly new and comfortable; the other was old,lumpy, and absolutely no support when sat upon. Felt like someone's yard sale give away! 4. The shower/tub combo is VERY narrow; the tub was EXTREMELY slippery and there were NOT any safety bars/towels racks within reach to aid someone getting in and out (hmmmm I guess no ADA concerns on owners mind) 5.The door DID NOT automatically close! I got up to use the restroom in the early hours and I could see light coming thru the door jam. Much to my horror, the door hadn't closed from our return from dinner 8 hours earlier! In the next couple of days, we had to pull it/push it shut every time we left an returned. THE SAND HOLLOW EMPLOYEES WERE WONDERFUL
