My only complaint was there should’ve been a Marshall on the golf course because there were people spending more time looking for golf balls and drinking beer then playing golf so only got in 14 holes before dark and at $200 a round that hurts!

Overall I was satisfied with the property. The needs were comfortable but the had no blankets. I asked for a few because me and my kids like weight when we sleep. The condo was clean however they the had no seasoning even the basic. The pool was very loud between heating the gate slam and the people at night

Great property overlooking the golf course. Only complaint was that the elevator broke down prior to our arrival, which we then had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Also, not a knock on property, but the photos of the room type we booked did not match the photos on the website. Overall, nice place for the price.

Check-in was weird, stay was ok.

Started off weird at check-in, they made me wait and return in 4 minutes beforen giving me the key at exactly 4:00. Not a big issue just kind of weird. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough to stay inside the tub but no worries because water pressure was so low it didn’t really matter. “Heated” pools were too cold to swim in. Overall not a bad one but night stay any longer the above issues would be annoying.

Pro : We enjoyed our stay . We got a nice room with beautiful mountains view and looking out the golf course from our room . The room was clean, fresh and neat when we arrived . The bed was very comfortable. We slept well thru the night . Very nice ground thu out the property . Con: there is NO room service , NO telephone in room to contact the front desk . If you need anything, you have to drive to main building to request it in person . Swimming pools are very small and always crowded with young children during our stay . They don’t make bed daily NOR taking out your trashes . We stayed 3 nights and we did not have trash bag to change Luckily, we got extra grocery bags to use for trashes . Had to stop by front desk everyday to request toiletries or extra towels. Not sure we will come back if they don’t improve room service :(

There's not anything near the hotel if you want snacks or pharmacy. The only place for food is the grill, however when we walked half a mile from the hotel they told us it's reservation only while witnessing most of the tables were empty. Pretty clean and nice overall but wouldn't come again until they had more nearby options at the hotel. Also very noisy with all the side-by-sides driving around outside.

I was deeply disappointed with our stay due to the room being unprepared four hours past check-in time, with dirty dishes in the dishwasher, overflowing garbage containing spoiled food that made the place smell awful, crumbs on the chairs and table, and sand on the couch. Maintenance apologized and promised a manager’s call and housekeeping, but the next day’s offer of just $50 off an $800 stay felt inadequate, especially with only four towels and tiny shampoo bottles provided for four people, requiring constant housekeeping requests. Local owners confirmed management’s penny-pinching approach and it shows.
