Our stay at the Dwellings was incredible. We loved everything—from the easy check-in process to the stunning location with breathtaking views and a super comfortable bed. Our unit had a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook, plus a full-size refrigerator. The spacious balcony, complete with a BBQ grill and cozy outdoor furniture, was perfect for relaxing and soaking in the amazing view. River Rock Roasting Cafe is walking distance which we loved. The food is pretty good especially their coffee!

The unit was clean and spacious and within easy walking distance to a good restaurant (River Rock Roasting Co), where we had a nice meal and a beer after visiting Zion. The outdoor area was very nice to have coffee in the morning, and to enjoy after sunset, but it was too hot to enjoy during the day or at sunset. The property allows pets, which is convenient for some, however management needs to be cognizant of the extra wear that brings to a unit. The rug was well used and could use a thorough cleaning or replacement, and the coffee table(s) were beginning to peel. I never thought I would remark on too much water pressure, but the water pressure in the shower is so hard it is almost painful. In addition, the velocity of the water creates enough wind to blow the shower curtain around and leads to the bathroom floor and door getting quite wet. Lastly, and other reviews mention this, the unit is very close to a main road. The unit has a noise machine and provides earplugs, but it is something to be aware of as the road noise is always present. Overall, a good stay, and if we were traveling with pets, would consider staying again. Otherwise, would seek out something more tranquil.

Almost perfect
These little units are fantastic for a long stay because they have everything you could possibly need. For full transparency though - you can hear the traffic on the main road so it’s not as quiet as we expected. The lighting inside is super bright, so if you have any sort of light sensitivity that will be an issue. And lastly the bed was harder than expected. But these are minor things. The back porch is stunning and we sat under the stars eating dinner. All in all it was a fantastic experience.

Great value and Excellent tiny house with a great view from back patio. Our place had a queen bedroom with two sets of bunks beds up Close to Zion adventures. Great breakfast place just a minute away. Host was available via text and responded quickly. Overall a great choice. They even had a laundry station.

It's a really unique little property of individual units, with a spectacular view of a canyon with a river running through it. It's an easy hike down to the river. Dog friendly, quiet and lots of dining options nearby. Zion National Park is only a, 20 minute drive away. 5 stars! l

Our stay at The Dwellings was a great experience! Zion National Park was a 20 minute easy drive from the location. The views and scenery are amazing and very serene. Lastly our favorite part was the River Rock Roasting Co. coffee shop which was a 3 min walk down the street! We would stay here again if we return to the area.
