No pets, a/c worked well. Was greeted by staff person in dirty t-shirt. Apparently had spilled coffee on it. Soap etc in bath was impossible for older person to squeeze hard enough to use. Bed was made so that one had to hunt for the top sheet; it had not been turned down. Hard for a weary traveler.

Not a great start to a vacation.

Kids running up an down the hallway for hours. Doors slamming. Even adults calling down the hallway to talk to their kids. Probably slept 3 hours total.
