The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and attentive. We absolutely loved our stay and the food and drink at the different spots here is all great. The only thing I would add just for people looking to stay is there is a USD 45 resort fee each day added onto your bill, and the food and drink in Bermuda in general but also here isn’t cheap. So even the buffet breakfast for 2 will be USD 140. That being said - everything was absolutely great and no complaints just budget accordingly.

I have now stayed at the St. Regis twice and have been impressed on each occasion. The hotel staff are VERY friendly and the location (walking distance to Tobacco Bay and into town) really can’t be beat. I miss it already, and I only arrived home a short two hours ago.

This hotel by far has the widest and prettiest beach on the island. Staff friendly, attentive. We had a slight hiccup when we got our room, I paid for a partial ocean view and we were brought to a golf course only view. They said that this view was considered a partial ocean view., even if I sold on a chair there was not even a spec If an ocean view. They did finally give us a room with a partial ocean view. Honestly with the amount being charged , there was nooooo way I was accepting a golf course view! Smaller things, to go coffee cups flimsy, top doesn’t fit and for safety reasons should be better,. Comman area bathrooms Need to be checked daily. Paper towels and or TP we’re depleted.

Outstanding in every way

When we booked our Bermuda trip we did a lot of research into hotels, and coming to St Regis we had good expectations but in literally every respect our expectations were blown out of the water. From the moment we arrived to the time of leaving we have had a stay of a lifetime. It could not have been better, it was truly spectacular. The staff were wonderful, rooms absolutely first class and everything from poolside dining to the steak restaurant, the standard was exceptional. The hardest part is leaving but without doubt we will be back as soon as possible.
