Lovely hotel with friendly staff. My room was at the front of the hotel which could be a little noisy… especially with ambulances dashing by… the hotel is near 2 hospitals. However this did not distract from the quality of the hotel. I was also given a free bus and tram ticket to use for the whole of my stay. Public transport is plentiful near the hotel. I can recommend the hotel and would definitely use it again.

We stayed in one of the hotel apartments for 9 nights. It was nicely decorated, spacious, with a comfortable bed and handy kitchenette area with fridge. The location was great. We could easily walk into town and had a great choice of buses and the train station nearby. There were bakeries nearby and an excellent pizza place called Lievitamente a few minutes walk from the hotel. It just had a few tables for dining in, but the pizzas tasted amazing (best dough). We had a drink at the hotel bar one night and the bar tender made a lovely cocktail. The gym was small and didn't have a lot of machines, so it felt crowded with more than us (2 people) in it. Would have liked firmer pillows, but everything else was great.
