We couldn’t get in the restaurant the first night they said it was full but I was surprised because there was many empty tables so had to eat in the bar area and the food was awful chips were overcooked the fish in batter was too hard my streak was overcooked. We did manage to get in the restaurant the 2nd night and the food was a lot better

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel with very comfortable beds. Room was a bit tired and one wall needed painted. Breakfast not very good for my husband who is lactose intolerant. Great locatio right beside harbour and beach. We joined the Raddison loyalty club and got a free drink each and 10% off food and drinks. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay - staff were excellent, pool was clean and we maintained. Room was really large and perfect for a family (we had a panoramic suite). Breakfast was fab - honestly can’t fault anything

Good overall but room for improvement
In general a good stay. The sea view from the room was stunning, comfy bed and good big Tv in room. No fridge in the room when clearly states on the list of facilities as having. This was disappointing as one of the reasons I chose this hotel. We like to keep milk, waters, wine etc cool. Did ask reception and they said no rooms had as broken, seems strange and I suggested they remove from website as misleading. Room was a bit rough around edges but was clean enough. Food in restaurant very disappointing and overpriced but bar area very nice and relaxing.

The hotel staff were all lovely and very friendly. I was disappointed with the pool facilities. No shower gel or shampoo in the showers . There was no t bags in the room.

A smart, modern hotel with exceptional views from harbour facing rooms. Staff in all areas were friendly, helpful and professional responding positively to all enquiries. Due to my mobility issues we were allocated an assistance room. The bathroom was of the highest standard with multiple handrails, low level bath and hand basin. The super king size bed was enormous although the room itself was a little on the small side. All room facilities TV, refrigerator, safe, kettle worked as expected. Room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent as was the bar food. A must for a future visit.

Pros = 1) View from Room 251 was of the Marina and Elizabeth Castle and was excellent. Sea view as promised. 2) Hotel very conveniently placed for access to the Town. 3) Very clean Cons = 1) Bed was a disgrace. Clearly 2 singles zipped together. Underlay completely inadequate as was the covering sheet which was far too small and not tucked in. 2 separate duvets should have been 1 covering the entire bed. 2 people are either wanting to share a bed, or remain separate in 2 single beds. Totally inadequate. In hindsight, I should have brought this to your attention; only realizing the Bed we SHOULD have been provided with was to be seen online. Mattress was far too hard and uncomfortable. My photos are available. (For your information, Premier Inns set the standard for comfort and value and you would do well to copy them.) 2) It was surprising that the room included a bath as well as a shower head. A walk in shower is the best option by far. This can include seating. 3) It was strange to discover a complete omission of USB charging points in the room. Fortunately, we took our own 3 pin plugs with adaptors and cables. Very disappointing! 4) We found the savory choice at Breakfast very underwhelming with a very poor choice of Danish pastries. Some of what was provided was stale and dry. As for the cooked breakfast; accessing the baked beans without making a huge mess was awful. To have to lift a lid meant putting the plate down onto a messy surface. 5) We chose to eat in town.

Fantastic experience highly recommended
From the moment we arrived we received superb customer service throughout our stay. The warm, friendly and knowledgeable welcome we received at check in was only the start. The room itself was very spacious, comfortable, good amenities including a mini fridge. A great location with on site parking and close to the town, waterfront and harbour. Our room overlooked the marina, Elizabeth Castle and St. Aubins bay. The restaurant team are excellent helpful, engaging and made you feel welcome. Eunice. Joan. Miguel. Baraka. Cathy. Dale and Herbert couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast has a huge selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Evening meals birthing the restaurant or the bar are tasty and good quality. Thank you team Radisson Blu for helping make our stay memorable and enjoyable.

Great location. Very comfortable hotel. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Staff very friendly but a bit slow when the bar area and outside got busy but that was down to the number of staff working behind the bar. All in all we had a lovely 5 days in Jersey .

Generally all good but only negative are the bathrooms areva tad dated and water pressure of shower is a dribble. Reported to hotel but apparently all rooms are the same. Not good if your use to a decent shower with good pressure

From first arrival until leaving all staff were brilliant. Nora greeted us in the bar area and made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect as set next to a lovely marina yet only a 5-10 minute walk away from the main town and bus station. I highly recommend this hotel.
