Reception staff were helpful and friendly, spa and breakfast staff were not so. Hotel was a little tired, bathroom door was rotting and large amount of scale build up around the shower door. Bedding was good and bed was comfortable. Food at breakfast was good. Not made to feel welcome on our one visit to the spa. A week after we left the hotel and I have still not received my £50 deposit for the minibar or any bar food bill. This is another hassle to chase up. Outside of the hotel was dusty/dirty and could do with a sweep/wash. All in all the hotel was ok but not one I would use again.

The spa was excellent, i have mobility issues and the pool is down a steep staircase but manageable if you take it carefully. Maggie and Simone gave us fantastic massages and facials and the facilities were great, really relaxing . The hotel itself was wonderful, location perfect, a bit confusing as to where reception is but apart from that it was perfect. Prosecco on arrival, top notch breakfast, loads of choice and all of the staff are so friendly, Elephantus was so helpful on reception, everything went very smoothly. The sink in the bathroom was very low, i think it was meant to be disabled friendly but it was more awkward for me , jersey as a whole doesnt have the same disability laws as the uk and is hard to navigate and extremely busy. Overall the hotel is amazing and i would highly recommend it and all its facilities.

Bathroom in room needs upgraded especially the bath. Stayed for 7 nights and don’t think my bedding was changed. Table tops were dusty. Pool areas lovely. Breakfast was very expensive for what it was Bar food was very good. Staff professional and approachable

Lovely weekend break..........

Lovely hotel just a 10 minute walk from town centre. Clean with good amenities but have to give a special shout out to the barman who made the best Old Fashioned ever! Great breakfasts and the Spa was fabulous - had a wonderfully relaxing massage. Would highly recommend.

A great stay and excellent staff! They are a huge credit to the hotel. The hotel needs some updating as it is quite tired and the rooms need updating. An iron would ideally be in the room as would simple things like toothpaste. This is waht I would expect in a suite in a 5 star hotel. But a great stay and the restaurant is great!

Overall ok this would be a solid three star if it were not for the excellent bistro. Room was tired, examples: bedside lamps wonky, curtain rails not operating correctly, bathroom grout looking tired and sealant had been redone badly. Biggest issue was the bed, the mattress was collapsed and it felt like they put a topper on it to resolve the problem, I didn’t take the sheets off to look. Last of all no turn down service at night.

A glass of Champagne at breakfast always a winner. Just some more visual clues as to your ordinary restaurant being open on Mondays. We were under the impression that Bohemia was your only eating place. Also the music down in the dining area - Too Loud and obscure for a relaxing supper. Consistent drum beats and wailing sounds. Great stay, friendly service after a horrible experience at another hotel in Jersey forced us to book a room here last minute. Free glass of Prosecco to help us relax, lovely room, great location. Definitely will visit again

Jersey quick break

This is the only place we go to in jersey, everyone and everything about the hotel is so nice from beds to pool to terrace bar staff, especially Jo the barman, his attentiveness is amazing
