Friendly staff, outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi area in a quiet secluded area surrounded by lawn and trees. Good choice of food in restaurant and bar. Courtesy bus into St. Helier very useful. Entertainment in the evening.a bonus. Altogether a very enjoyable stay. Would happily book Westhill again.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. However the only downside was the flies in the room when we arrived. There was approximately 40 little black flies on the wall which my husband had to get rid of before I would agree to stay in the room. The room was on the ground floor and the window was open and also it was next to the garden. I did tell reception and they said they would look into which they did. However they were constantly getting in., I don’t know how as we kept the window closed. It was really annoying. Other than the flies we had a lovely stay.

We stayed at Westhill for 7 days, we had an issue with wash basin plug stuck, on the first occasion they managed to get it out to drain the water it then happened again so this time they replaced it while we were out which was good, so dealt with promptly, the room was always clean and staff very friendly and helpful, there was entertainment on each night which was good, sometimes a movie other times live music, breakfast was always good with lots to choose from and staff always pleasant, if there was one thing that could be better i would say the room looked a bit tired and dated but apart from that no complaints. promptlyptlywater

Overall not great - dated, but clean

Pros: really clean, staff lovely, lovely pool and hot tubs, beautiful gardens. Cons: really very tired and dated. Breakfast was very sad, limited offering of continental, took ages to bring us teas and coffees. Was so abysmal we ate breakfast elsewhere the other days. Shame as it if was modernised the place would be lovely. Room was also VERY basic, mattress was not comfy, bathroom door didn’t close and toilet right by your head if you lie in bed! We left the hotel after two days and went somewhere else. Real shame, overall not great.

I had a breakfast only and the mini croissant is delicious! The bed is very comfortable the room was nice and clean , I think the aviary was disturbing for me as the hotel is in a beautiful nature surrounds that the bird should be free ! And they had a party very noise which I was unaware too much noise from the other rooms ! But it was only one night overall very good

Just returned, had a great time in Jersey, all the better because of our stay here. Excellent food, hotel very clean, food really was great. Staff so helpful and friendly, from reception to restaurant. Comfortable bed and added bonus of daily free bus to St Helier town centre, at Libert bus station.
