When I got to the hotel, the front desk clerk thought i had checked in online, i hadn't. I was given a room that had the interior door block turned so I couldn't get in. I told thr clerk someone alse was in the room. She didn't believe me and came with me to openthe door but then the key card wouldn't work. She later still claimed that no one else should be in the room, even though she had already checked me into another room - a room with 2 queen beds, which was a cheaper rate than the king room I booked. Other wierd thing - the other guests in the room knew my name... said my name was on the tv when they arrived hours earlier. Something's really not right with their booking system.

This stay way absolutely amazing! We had stayed at a different hotel the night prior and were horrified we looked to see where we could spend our second night and we were overjoyed and so pleased by the change to Hampton Inn with the view and atmosphere and everything that it made our trip so much better!

Meh

The property itself is soulless. It has a very cold, commercial feel to it. Staff are friendly enough. The room itself just doesn’t make sense in so many ways. Why is there no towel hook by the shower? Why is there no lighting for the sofa for me to read a book? And why is there a three bulb lamp in the corner with a small table that serves no purpose? I ended up, dragging the lamp over to the sofa to the limits of its cord. The entire side of the room is getting left in darkness with no overhead lighting, no task, lighting, and no ambient lighting. I hope you didn’t actually pay someone to design this. The bed is somehow both too firm and too soft on the top, resulting in lower backache. Where is the in room safe?
