The first room was cold and would not warm up. Our room was changed, but go t too hot in the middle of the night & not warm enough to take a shower until morning.
The owner was in the room above us, was very nouiy through the entire night would then stand outside out window during the night. Very rude and inconsiderate

I was looking forward to breakfast before my day in St. Ignace. Sadly, not even coffee was available. Yes, we had a coffee pot in the room but needed more. Was given more coffee supplies and that's amazing. Our room was ideal. Right in front of the pool, go tub so I was able to somewhat enjoy that in the morning. Last gripes, there were bugs in the water. Would I stay again? Yes.

As advertised, we should have had a continental breakfast. None was available. It’s so ironic that the LED display in front of the facility is running all the time advertising a free breakfast with the stay. However, it’s so untrue. If we review the ads in the local pamphlets, stressing the free breakfast with the stay. It’s a lie.
We liked the indoor pool & hot tub. On the down side, room could use newer updated furniture.

Don't waste your time and energy here
We booked through this site about 3 hrs before we would arrive. I had the confirmation number and made sure the dates were correct. Get to the hotel and it's locked. Sign said to call since no one was at the desk. Their own sign had their phone number wrong. They had an advertisement with the correct number. I called and was told we had no reservations and dates must be wrong because they are booked and no rooms. He told me several times that he can't not refund me. Even after I told him I already knew that. But he couldn't explain why they use a 3rd party to fill rooms if they have none or prefer not to do business. Place is a complete sham and waste. All I can figure is they want the tax break of owning a business without actually running one. Sad thing it looked nice from the photos too.

Bed was comfy and the attendant was very attending as we did not have toilet paper in the bathroom and the tv wouldn't work. It wasn't the cleanliest place but it was worth the price. Also, they put a couple with a crying baby in the room that connected to ours so I woke up to a screaming child. Good thing we were checking out that morning. We liked being poolside but I didn't like that the curtains didn't completely cover the window and they weren't black out curtains so there was alot of light coming in VERY early.

I was looking for a decent cheap hotel and that’s what I got. It was quiet, what I expected for the price. My only suggestion would be that the hotel needs to communicate what lobby hours are. We got there later than expected, around 9pm. But the hotel called just before we arrived because the lobby was only going to be open until 10pm and there’d be no check ins after that time. There was no communication from the hotel or Expedia prior to that that check in could only happen within certain hours. Considering we were in the car for 12 hours that’s very important information to know when planning departure times. The lobby also wasn’t going to be opened again until after 3pm the next day so there’d be no support if we lost our key or something else came up. There’s no breakfast, though it says there is. They provided a small discount coupon to a nearby hotel’s restaurant.
