We reserved 2 rooms both had blood drops in the bathroom, room 221 toilet seat had a lot of long hair on the seat. The corridor was smelly. We just stayed in the hotel from 12am to 5am wheb we tried to checkout the reception were closed and the number to call didn’t pickup our calls We will never stay there again

Staff were very friendly and informative. Helped with directions and knowledge of The Falls to see all over the area. Beds were comfortable and clean. Pool and Hot Tub were clean and well kept. Breakfast was great. We even came and stayed second night. Location was easy access from I-75.

At first we didn't know what we were walking into but from the friendly lady at the front counter to the state park across the street we were really glad to have stayed here! The room was over all clean could have had a bigger TV but that's it.

Our family came to visit Mackinac Island and really enjoyed our stay here! It was very safe and had great accommodations. There was also a discount and free shuttle to the island ferry, which was perfect.

No human check-in, a kiosk that supposedly holds your key. Ours was not there, had to call on the kiosk screen and get a different room. Do not like this arrangement at all. The room did not have hand towels. We found the one remaining cleaning person and acquired some, she leaves at 4pm. Washed hands and face, no rack to hang the towel from.
