Thank you for the comfort and service!

Initially after checking into our room, we found the AC to not work. The staff found another room for us and after that every aspect of our trip was delightful. The beds were very comfortable, room & bathroom was spotless. The restaurant Gare 422 was very good, and we ate all but one of our meals there. I would certainly recommend staying there. Also, the staff seemed to easily speak English, so my daughter told me to do trying to speak French. Everyone was very nice.

Horrible experience. Toilet was not flushing. Cannot use the Toilet. I have to go to the Guest washroom at the ground floor. Front desk staff didn't make any efforts to change the room. I checked out early due to this issue but the hotel charged for two nights. No compensation!!
