Nice but pricey.

The room was comfortable. Not much of a view. The dining room was insanely expensive ($40 for breakfast, $6 for a single black drip coffee). Not many restaurants nearby so not overly convenient in bad weather which is 85% of the time on the harbour.

I have stayed here multiple times. Rooms have great views and everything is modern and slick. Great coffee shop in the lobby for breakfast to go. Underground parking is easy (don’t rent an SUVIt won’t fit) Only downside is gym is very small. But staff are excellent and Terre restaurant is incredible.

We appreciate the simplicity of the room with it's modern features. The windows are deep and provide a great view of downtown. Clean linens and the bathroom was spotless. The front staff are friendly to deal with and certainly a reason why we continue to rebook.
