Great location near airport and only 12-15 minutes to downtown. Breakfast was much better than Hampton Inns in the States.

Accommodated early check-in which was very kind of them. Overall stay was good. Accessible rooms are in odd locations on each floor very far from the elevator which was a problem for my mobility impaired father in law but hotel was eventually able to accommodate and get him a room on the ground floor which was appreciated. The second day we there were many things in the breakfast area that were labelled as broken or not working (waffles, juice dispenser and oatmeal all not working) but on all other days everything was working. Great breakfast options when everything was up and running! Lots of choices with a bit of variety each day. Hotel staff put an odd hostile note in elevators on our last day regarding some sports teams staying at the hotel and had extra security roaming the halls but didn't share information as to why. The note threatened a $5000 fine if you woke up a pilot. Pool room was VERY warm which was great if you were in the water (we were swimming and didn't mind at all) but I probably wouldn't want to sit on the sidelines unless you really like tropical temps. Stay was overall good and hotel was clean and well kept. We enjoyed our time in St. John's and hotel suited our needs well.

I hated the fact that doors have to slam shut instead of closing quietly. Did not sleep all night and in the morning, more slamming doors at 4am.
