Great location. Check on the elevator.

Great location. Very busy property. Lovely amenities and new rooms. Fabulous buffet. However the elevators were not working properly and only one was functioning. It made for a long wait. Also my niece and her baby came to visit and discovered there is no change table in the lobby restroom. With the long wait for the elevator to go to my room it was an ordeal. Also the elevator issue is a chronic problem I was told by a guest who had stated there multiple times.

Found the elevators were very slow and long wait times. Felt like the hotel charged whatever they wanted for the rooms and thankfully after speaking to management they agreed to give us a group rate for the event we were there for.

Some roadworks happening near the hotel during my stay. Good location within walking distance of downtown. Attached restaurant / bar is okay but open hours could be extended to 11pm. Very good wifi so long as you remember to renew once a day.
