We had a major problem at the property since for two days due to the fact that kitchen staff were demonstrating for rate increase and therefore our stay was terrible. We could not get the food, even bread and butter was not available for breakfast. Breakfast and lunch were very limited and what ever was available was not fresh and eatable. The rest of the day was terrible as well since chanting and screaming continued during the day. Please let me know what can be done about this.

The cleanliness and some of the staff were great. Majority of the staff had bad attitudes, morale was down, they were just going through the motions most days. There was a strike the morning of our departure. Food quality wasn't as expected compared to other properties of the same name. Shortage on some food items. Entertainment was hit and miss.

The property is very scenic. Beautiful water views, beach is clean with no weeds, has hiking trail up a hill and more! However, the service is poor. Keep running out of food (sodas, lemons, spoons, glasses!) Silly why management will let these things happen.

This property is located in St. John and there are not too many activities inside the resort during the day. They do have nightly performances. The property is out of reach from the town and through some not so favorable area hence forth it’s not safe to wonder off the property.
