Room was comfortable. Most of the staff were very polite and helpful. Internet access was good. Convenient - about 10 minutes by car from airport and downtown, near mall. 24 restaurant on-site which is helpful for late-night arrivals and early departures.

Clean and comfortable but lacking in amenities

Clean and comfortable hotel, but lacking in amenities. The pool was tiny, 3-4 kids in there at a time was crowded; the gym was even smaller, 3 person maximum; and there was no continental breakfast.

Price was ridiculously high. Taking advantage of the summer games, fires and airline strike. Very small room. No pillows for sofa bed that was hard and springs sticking in your back. When I Called to ask the woman at the desk hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. Then pretended to be busy when I called back. NEVER AGAIN $500 wasted
