A couple things listed from this hotel was false information. Very misleading. For example, saying I would receive my code for the door 24 hours prior. But did not. I had to call someone when I got there, then I had to show an ID and bring the card I paid with. What if I didn’t have my photo ID? This shouldn't be left until the day of check in. And it should be stated in the AD that there isn’t much privacy between people’s room and the restaurant.
