The hotel has loads of character and was in a great location. Our only concern was our room was quite warm and the hvac system did not appear to be working. We advised front desk, but I don’t believe any action was taken. Our room was on the ground floor so we were a bit hesitant about leaving windows open. Overall a good stay and we were happy with it.

Liked the cental location, close to attractions. Didn't like the continental breakfast, there's hardly anything they offer for the breakfast. We stayed 3 days, the last day they ran out of croissants as well! They call it boutique hotel, but I didn't find anything like it.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is quiet and staff are friendly. Contintental breakfast is a nice bonus with some quick options. The room was nice but the corners of the carpet could use some cleaning. The rooms are dark but it made for great sleeping. Bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous re-purposing of an historic waterfront building. A real gem. Slate flooring and exposed wood beams add to the warmth of the interior.

The breakfast was a bit lacklustre and the room's Aircon didn't seem to be controlled by the thermostat in the room but overall the bed was comfy, shower was good, and it was clean. Great location as well

Hotel is in dire need of a refreshing. We experienced a large amount of dust in the a/c vents over the bed; burnt out light bulbs; no exhaust fan in bathroom; threadbare chair; broken toilet roll holder; large tears in desk light shade. Also, we were on the 4th floor but the elevator only goes to the 3rd - heavy bags had to be carried up 2 flights; rafters in our room were so low we hit our heads; the clothes closet was 14 inches wide; no plates or bowls at the " Continental" breakfast only paper cups and primarily muffins. However, the location was great.
