Our room was on the top floor, 4th floor I believe. The elevator only access to 3rd floor, so we had to take stairs. And when we stepped in our room, I felt cold immediately and my husband had a hard time to breathe. We both have strong senses, and I searched about the hotel right away it was haunted and they refused to refund. I had to pack all the stuff and choose another hotel to stay.

Stale smell
We have stayed at the Murray Premises numerous times. We like it there. This is the first time however that we have stayed in the “other” part of the hotel. When you walk through the doors into this section there’s a stale smell that hits you. It was in the halls and the room as well. The smell isn’t unbearable, but it’s definitely present. If we return for another stay, I will be requesting the area accessed by the first elevator.

Our truck was damaged on parking lot overnight . Tonneau cover cut in 2 places. A large expense this time of year. You have very limited parking. We had no other choice but to park on side of hotel where it was dark. Very very very upset

Weekend disaster
After we arrived we were informed that there was no elevator to our room. The beans in the room were so low we couldn't move about the room without hunching over. We were supposed to get VIP status but the front desk knew nothing about it and to top it off or new car was broken into on our list night and the rest window completely smashed out. This is apparently a common occurrence at this hotel. Would never risk staying there again.
