Parking was taken up by a large motor home and big trucks hauling stuff. Be cause those vehicles take numerous spaces, parking was non-existent for cars

Hampton can do better, I've stayed at many of them and this was the most run down of any of them. The room felt muggy, the bedding and pillows felt wet even though the a/c was set to 70. This hotel just needs some TLC to get back up there. Morning breakfast was good and staff was friendly!

The Check in time was all the wAY wrong. THe itinurary didnt have a time on it for check in. I needed the room at 11 pm they would not let me check in or refund i needed the room for that evening. I specifically booked to have a stay with a pool and hot tub only to learn that they both are closed this evening for maintnance. No where did expedia or hampton say this. The ice machine on the fourth floor is out of ice......and there are no laundry facilities or bags for the soiled laundry. the staff is not welcoming or nice if your a local poor choice horrible stay

Great place. The Lady at the front desk when I checked in, I believe her name was Kelsey, was friendly. Made me feel like I was walking into a welcome home. Room was bigger than I expected. Breakfast was a good buffet. I plan on returning next year when I attend the Bluffwoods Renaissance Festival.

Arrived at close to 4 pm and had to wait to get into the room as housekeeping hadn't cleaned it yet. We were on a tight time schedule so this was inconvenient. My deadbolt does not work!!!!! The place is sold out and they won’t comp anything because booked through a third party! Does my trip insurance cover this? I am a single woman traveling alone
The bolt is a full 1/2 inch lower than the opening. It isn’t broken- it has never worked.
