My cousin and I had a wedding we wanted to go to in Hamilton, so my aunt booked this hotel for us as we are about four (4) hours drive away from home. We didn't know what to expect; however, upon arrival and went in to check in, we found the place to have been newly renovated, very nice, and very clean. Our room was also clean, had that "nice, new" smell, and the beds were quite comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind. The breakfast was good. The only thing was when we arrived we thought we were in the back of the hotel, but it was the front of the hotel. We were fine with that, but you may want to cue up the curb appeal by perhaps adding two large flower pots/flowers and/or something to make it known that this isn't the back of the hotel but indeed the front. Just a thought. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This place is a total dive. There is construction work all around the rooms are awful. The bed was the only thing that was semi OK. The pictures on hotel.com made it look like a pretty clean and remodeled hotel, which is a total lie. We won’t trust hotels.com with pictures anymore

It was clean and quiet. The shower tap dripped annoyingly. The motel is tucked away in a somewhat obscure part of town and for two older women this was a bit off putting.
