At time of booking this hotel had a user rating of 7.8 and I don’t understand after staying at the hotel why. The hotel is older and needs repair. Top blanket had stains, sheets are so thin, fan in bathroom was so loud, shower was so sketch no one showered. Also hair in shower.
Positive: staff was kind, pet friendly and motel was quiet overnight.
Our stay was a good one. The staff at this hotel are always friendly and respectful of their guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is convenient. I will definitely stay here again.
A good place to stop for the night on a road trip. The motel is convenient to the interstate. The interior is dated but clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable. Fridge and microwave in the room.

Everything was good.. tiles in the bathroom were loose. Shower fixtures are loose. Knob came off in my hand. Last thing... It was $35 more expensive using it the app, then booking with the hotel. Not including the Veteran discount so probably around $50 I could have saved.

Stayed 2 different nights on a trip. One night going and one night returning. Both nights, TV didn’t work
Desk staff had a difficult time at checking in (maybe training). Wanted to charge more for a room with a working tv. Trash and popcorn under bed. When did hotels get the idea that those “instant” coffee machines made something drinkable. I rested and got a bath - those were the high points.
I checked in late and when I did they said no hot water boiler broke would be fixed in a few hours. When I woke up and went to get shower there was no water so no shower. Way overpriced even if water
Was greeted by the hotel staff with such niceness. They were very welcoming and helped us find where we could eat in town. They stayed up front that there was a hot water issue but a plumber was working on it. The room was so nice. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were nice and soft. Did not smell like smoke, so that was good. Continental breakfast cereal bread waffle juices and coffee. Unfortunately the water was not working this morning for some reason but they had someone working on it. Was it inconvenient? Sure but it happens and they were on top of it. Would absolutely stay in this nice hotel and nice town again.

Not a good Sunday Morning start
No hot water to take shower or bath, woke up the next morning to no water at all!The whole building was without water, and no guest was told. Front desk was not helpful and when asked about the issues they just told customers to get water at breakfast station??? We have stayed there many times in the past by far the most unpleasant experience we have had and we won’t be staying there again
