Great pool upstairs, nice restaurant, friendly staff and very helpful. The food was good and the drinks even better! Walkable to all things st. Julian’s, so many places to eat and shop… the room itself was so pleasant. Very new and clean and the daily cleaning was well done. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful. Overall 10/10.

Small things about our room, like no power point near enough to any mirror made it a little difficult with so many girls to get ready. Poor lighting in the rooms. Nothing to watch on any of their tv channels, breakfast was the same for the 5 days we were there and they only had lactose free options for 1 of those days. Overall a nice enough hotel!

Great hotel located nearby several restaurants and bars yet still remained quiet at night. Lovely staff who greeted us as well as immediately working through any queries we had about the room or facilities during our stay. Indoor and outdoor pool were both great as well as a nice restaurant option with a varied menu. Incredibly comfortable and modern room with a large TV and access to Netflix/YouTube.

The staff are exceptional, always there to help. Thea from reception when above and beyond to call my car hire company for me, Sai Krishner (sorry if not spelt correctly!) even wrote the recipe for me to recreate one of his amazing dips from the club lounge. Thank you to all the Hyatt staff you were all brilliant! Rooms were lovely, sleek and modern, pool area was great to chill around. They can't do enough for you.
