The hotel is well positioned whether you like the night life or more tranquil settings overlooking St George's Bay. Only slight down side which is no fault of the hotel, was the building works going on opposite. But that is like much of St Julian's.

Nice hotel in a good location with mostly friendly staff. Buffet breakfast had a variety of good options. Even though the hotel advertises having a SPA and gym , you have to walk 7 minutes to the sister hotel next door to access these facilities.

Not happy
My wife is allergic to feathers yet all the pillows and duvet were made of feathers. We asked for them to be replaced and they only brought two pillows at first. We then had to leave to get to our dinner reservation and we asked again at reception, to be told they had no more pillows and they were trying to get some. This didn't leave us with much confidence we would even sleep at the hotel. Luckily by the time we returned to the hotel they had provided non feathered items, however the thought of having to find another hotel ruined our dinner.

Overall we were happy with the hotel and location . The stay started off rough as we didn’t get an upgrade with my gold access and when we left we were not allowed a late check out which kinda sucked . We did receive a bottle of wine and they did give me a really nice cake for my birthday which was quite nice

What a fabulous place!! Simply stunning pools and lido. We were in the sea almost every day. The staff were so lovely and so proud of their country and the hotel. Honesty we struck gold when we found this place!!
